Location - Goa

Company Profile - Hotel, Restaurant

**Operations (Morning Shift)**:

- Morning shift cashier should check yesterdays sale with system and the same amount is written in hand over, then the cashier should make the pay in slip for bank deposit and deposit the previous days sale in particular company bank account.
- After depositing the amount cashier should check and update the sale related report and mail the sale and all sale related report to accounts department
- Cash & Card sale report
- Cash deposit report
- Credit card sale with detail of bank fee deduction
- Net Sale Report for cash and card
- Service charge Vat and tax detail till date
- Average sale report
- Void KOT Report
- Modify Bill Report
- Discount bill Report
- Void Bill Report
- Complimentary Bill Report

(This report are maintain in excel sheet sample of it is attached)

**Billing and Settlement Procedure**
- Bill should be settled by cash or card you received by mode of payment as per the guidelines of POS software settlement. For in-house guests (only if guest wishes) he could bill it to the room as well. In this case make sure to get the guest room number and their signature.
- If you had received any tips on credit card of master/visa card please enter green button on you EDC machine press 3. (Tips adjustment) put invoice no. which is mentioned on charge slip it show the base amount which you had put for particular bill press enter and put tips amount you will received the slip for same
- If by mistake you have entered the wrong amount for bill or else guest want to cancelled the card payment mode which the charge slip had already been removed then press green button enter on no.1 transact, then enter on no. 3 void enter invoice no. You will see the amount which you want to cancelled it confirm the amount then press green button you will received the void charge slip

Before making the final settlement remove the summary report for cross verification with system, for summary press green button go to no. 5 batch report then press no. 1 for total amount or else press no.2 for detail report for the whole day transaction with card no. and amount and if everything is perfectly tally then processes with settlement For settlement press
