_**We are seeking a visionary and detail-driven Content Creator**_ _with a deep understanding of video content, performance marketing, and personal branding. This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with strategy and thrives in producing compelling, trend-setting content. You’ll be responsible for crafting and leading the creative direction across video formats, ensuring all content aligns with client goals and platform trends._
- **The Charter Will Include**:_
- _Lead the creative process—from ideation to execution—across video content and marketing campaigns._
- _Collaborate with performance marketers to develop video content that drives lead generation, engagement, and brand building._
- _Review, refine, and proofread scripts and concepts to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment._
- _Work closely with editors, cinematographers, and copywriters throughout the production lifecycle to ensure high-quality output._
- _Think visually and conceptually to turn everyday content into high-performing social media assets._
- _Stay current with video trends, formats, hooks, and viral concepts—especially on platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts._
- _Push creative boundaries by experimenting with new formats, storytelling styles, and editing techniques._
- _Ensure collaboration and clear communication across design, copy, and video teams to meet timelines and creative standards._
- **Ideal Persona**:_
- _3-5 years of experience in content creation with a strong emphasis on video and digital storytelling._
- _Solid understanding of video production, editing workflows, and the ability to give direction on-set or remotely._
- _Comfortable working with performance marketers, understanding hooks, CTAs, and conversion-driven creative strategies._
- _Skilled in scripting, storyboarding, and conceptualizing content for different platforms and formats._
- _Strong eye for aesthetics—camera angles, pacing, editing style, and narrative flow._
- _Proficient at collaborating with editors, designers, and marketing strategists to bring ideas to life._
- _Capable of guiding junior creators and taking ownership of end-to-end content execution._
- _Deep consumer of online video content with the ability to reverse-engineer trends and adapt them creatively._
- _Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about storytelling and building powerful visual brands._
- _Bonus: Experience working with influencers, founders, or business leaders on personal branding; or someone actively building their own online presence._

Someone who knows how to create content that not only looks good but also performs well in terms of engagement, reach, and conversions. They should be confident in directing video shoots, working with scripts, and guiding editors to bring out the best narrative. A strong grip on personal branding content is a huge plus-someone who can think for the face behind the brand, suggest creative ways to tell their story, and add emotional and visual depth. Ideally, this person has experience working in fast-paced environments, staying constantly updated with content trends across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. A bonus would be someone who’s already building their own online presence or has worked with influencers, founders, or business leaders on their personal brands. I need someone who doesn't just follow directions—but owns the creative strategy end-to-end.”_

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
