**Job Description: Video & Photo Content Creator**

**Location**: Chennai, India

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Content Creator who can bring our brand to life through engaging photo and video content. If you love storytelling, capturing candid moments, and interacting with people, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Content Creation (Photo & Video)**
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of rides, attractions, games, live events, and customer experiences.
- Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form content for YouTube and social media.
- Edit and enhance photos/videos using professional tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Develop trendy and viral content ideas that align with our brand’s fun and adventurous vibe.

**2. Customer Testimonials & Reviews**
- Engage with visitors (kids, youngsters, families, and groups) to collect candid reactions, video testimonials, and feedback.
- Conduct fun interviews with guests to showcase their experiences in an authentic and lively way.
- Ensure high-quality audio and visuals for customer testimonials.

**3. Social Media & Brand Storytelling**
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to create content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Cover live events, promotions, and special celebrations at the park and arcade centers.
- Brainstorm and execute creative storytelling ideas that make our brand stand out.

**4. Interaction & On-Ground Coverage**
- Approach guests in the park to capture genuine moments of excitement, fun, and thrill.
- Create interactive and engaging videos with kids, teenagers, and families.
- Plan and execute behind-the-scenes content that gives an inside look at our entertainment experiences.

**5. Coordination & Equipment Handling**
- Manage camera gear, lighting, tripods, stabilizers, and microphones for professional-quality shoots.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in content creation, video editing, and photography.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless content production.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in content creation (photo + video)
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and video editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Canva
- Passion for storytelling and capturing candid, high-energy moments
- People-person with great communication skills to interact with visitors
- Ability to shoot and edit engaging social media content (Reels, Shorts, Insta)
- Basic knowledge of lighting, camera angles, and framing for professional-quality content
- Willingness to be on-ground and interact with guests in a fun and friendly manner
