We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about crafting compelling stories and engaging content that resonates with a broad audience. If you thrive in front of the camera and are skilled in creating impactful, relatable content, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Content Management**: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
- **On-Camera Presence**: Comfortably and confidently present in front of the camera for various types of content, including live videos, interviews, tutorials, and promotional announcements.
- **LinkedIn Storytelling**: Develop and execute innovative content strategies on LinkedIn, including creating stories and posts that enhance brand visibility and engage with industry professionals and the general public.
- **Audience Engagement**: Monitor audience responses and engage with followers through comments and messages to create a community feel.
- **Content Relevance**: Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for audience engagement, focusing on relatability and relevance to everyday concerns and interests.
- **Analytics**: Use insights from content performance to refine strategies and increase viewer engagement and satisfaction.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Journalist, or similar role with a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- An innate ability to identify and follow trends in content consumption among target audiences.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
