We're Hiring: Content Creator – Don Miller Social & Ecommerce Chennai, India | Full-timeDon Miller is a fast-growing men’s accessories brand backed by a 27+ year-old company with 1,950+ employees. While the parent group has deep roots in the global accessories industry, Don Miller is our bold new venture for the modern Indian consumer. We’re already available online (our website, Amazon) and expanding offline with kiosks. We’re looking for a creative content creator who can blend strong visual storytelling with sharp execution to take our digital presence to the next level. This role will be responsible for creating content that fuels our Instagram presence, performance marketing campaigns and ecommerce sales. If you are someone who can pick up a camera, shoot compelling visuals, edit videos for social, and keep up with content trends — while also ensuring our product catalog looks world-class — this role is for you. For more details, read below Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation (80%)Develop high-quality short-form video, reels, stories, and ad creatives for Instagram and paid performance campaigns.Translate social and cultural trends into content ideas that align with the Don Miller brand voice.Bring independent ideas while also working with cross-functional teams for campaign directions.Experiment with new tools, formats, and styles to keep Don Miller’s brand presence fresh and competitive.Work closely with the design team and performance marketing partners to align creatives with campaign objectives.Use AI-powered creative tools, editing software, and quick production hacks to scale and experiment with content formats.Ecommerce Product Photography (20%)Shoot and edit clean, high-quality product photography for our website and marketplaces.Ensure images meet ecommerce standards.Organize and manage photo assets for easy use across channels.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, or related creative fields.Strong eye for design, composition, and storytelling.Proficiency with editing tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar).Familiarity with AI creative tools for images/videos (or a willingness to learn fast).Experience shooting both short-form social content and product photography.A proactive, trend-savvy mindset with the drive to create content that performs.Nice to HavePrior experience in fashion, accessories, or D2C ecommerce brands.Knowledge of performance marketing metrics and how creatives influence ad outcomes.Basic motion graphics or animation skills.Why Join Don Miller?Be part of an ambitious brand redefining men’s accessories in India.Freedom to experiment creatively with support from product design and marketing teams.Opportunity to own the creative output that directly drives growth and visibility.
