**Job Title: Purchase Coordinator**

**Location: Coimbatore**

**Job Overview**:
The Purchase Coordinator at Nexus Automations will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for production and operational activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, and maintain long term relationships with vendors.
- Handle the end to end procurement cycle, including creating purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely receipt of materials.
- Negotiate the best possible pricing and payment terms without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.
- Work closely with the warehouse and inventory team to ensure stock levels are maintained as per operational needs.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements. Maintain all purchase records and supplier contracts.
- Regularly assess the performance of suppliers based on quality, delivery, and pricing metrics.
- forecasting material needs and align procurement activities accordingly.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, or a related field.

**Experience**:freshers to 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the automation industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

**Key Competencies**:

- Problem solving and decision making ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year
