Role Summary: The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in promoting Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT) and its programs to prospective students and stakeholders. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital platforms, and communication techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote SMIT's programs and events.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to support recruitment efforts and achieve enrolment targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.
- Organize and participate in recruitment fairs, school visits, and other promotional events to generate leads and inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and higher education.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of Sikkim Manipal University and the higher education landscape is a plus.
