**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and more.
- Perform audience research, build custom & lookalike audiences, and manage retargeting strategies.
- Track performance metrics like CTR, ROAS, CPL, and ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and placements.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in media buying or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail.
- Understanding of pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Familiarity with UTM tracking, funnel strategy, and audience segmentation.
