You’ll manage 5–6 eCommerce client accounts, designing and executing strategies that turn browsers into buyers. This is not a people-management role — it’s for someone who loves being in the trenches, analyzing numbers, testing creatives, and finding scalable growth paths.Key Responsibilities: Strategize, execute, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta & Google Ads. Build and manage TOF–MOF–BOF funnels that convert effectively. Manage monthly ad spends of ₹10L–₹50L+ profitably. Collaborate with creative teams to ideate ad concepts, hooks, and A/B tests. Analyze performance metrics — CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CPA, LTV — and take data-backed actions. Implement and manage tracking setups (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM). Present insights, learnings, and reports to clients. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates. Develop high-performing ad scripts and plan video shoots with editors and assistants.Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads Proven experience with eCommerce/D2C brands Strong understanding of funnel strategy and scaling Analytical mindset — makes decisions based on data, not assumptions Excellent communication and client-handling skills Ability to manage 5–6 brands simultaneously with full accountability Proficiency in GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets A laptop is mandatoryBonus Points: Meta or Google Ads Certification Prior Agency Experience Engineering or Analytical BackgroundWhy Join Us?
