Ekarth ventures is spearheading the incubation of various fintech start-ups, actively seeking skilled individuals to infuse fresh insights and elevate the performance of our Business.

Role Overview

Were looking for a Media Buyer & Social Media Manager who can grow Ethyxs digital presence organically and through paid campaigns. The role requires hands-on experience with content creation, social media strategy, ad buying, and community engagement. Youll work directly with the founding team to design creative campaigns that align with Ethyxs mission and brand tone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate with Media Buying Agencies, get quotes for all types of media including Print media, Newspaper inserts, TV ads, Influencer marketing
  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms.
  • Create and post visual and written content consistent with the Ethyx brand voice.
  • Plan and run paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Optimize content for reach, engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and iterate strategy.
  • Collaborate with design and communications teams for creative alignment.
  • Stay current with trends in fintech, ESG, and social storytelling.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management and media buying.
  • Strong understanding of digital growth, organic engagement, and ad performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Creative thinking with a keen sense for messaging and visual identity.
  • Prior experience growing accounts in fintech/startup sectors preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
