- Repurpose and optimize content for different platforms.
- **Community Management & Engagement**:

- Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
- Engage with followers and customers by responding to messages and comments.
- Monitor user engagement and analyze feedback.
- Build and maintain a strong online community.
- **Performance Analysis & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Identify trends and insights to improve social media strategies.
- Prepare reports on social media performance and ROI.
- **Staying Updated**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Experiment with new social media features and tools.
- **Other Responsibilities**:

- Create social media advertisements.
- Collaborate with other marketing and creative teams.
- Manage social media budgets.
- Provide customer service through social media channels.
