**Job Description: Social Media Executive**

**Role Overview**:
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing daily social media activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all online platforms. This role will involve content creation, audience engagement, performance tracking, and collaborating with internal teams to align social media efforts with business goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Trending reels, etc.) and their best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports using social media analytics tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Understanding digital marketing principles and how social media fits the overall marketing strategy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to think strategically and creatively.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience working with influencers or in influencer marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
