OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our team at Shoolini University. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative strategies, creating compelling content, managing impactful campaigns, and driving strong community engagement across digital platforms.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies for the university (Instagram, , Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, etc.)Create and manage monthly content calendars in line with brand tone and key campaignsCollaborate with design, content, and video teams to create engaging posts, stories, and reelsMonitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevantPlan and manage paid social media campaigns and boost strategiesRespond to queries, messages, and comments in a timely, brand-appropriate mannerCoordinate influencer collaborations and partnerships when neededSupport live coverage of key events, campaigns, and announcementsEligibility:A degree in Communications, Journalism, Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in managing social media for a brand or agency.A strong portfolio or links to managed accounts is a plusStrong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behaviorExcellent writing and visual storytelling skillsProficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, etc.As the position is located in Solan, preference will be given to those with a connection to Himachal Pradesh, whether through education, work, or family.
