Requirements for Social Media Expert Position:

  • The person should have strong knowledge of managing client profiles across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Must understand what type of content should be managed and posted on client profiles as per their business industry to build brand presence.
  • Candidate should be able to create, plan, and execute engaging social media strategies.
  • Expertise in running paid campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, budget optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Skilled in audience engagement, community management, and trend-based content creation.
  • Proficiency in ad copywriting, creative briefing, and A/B testing for better campaign results.
  • Should have the ability to analyze insights and metrics to improve performance and prepare detailed reports.
  • Knowledge of advanced tools like Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.), and AI-driven tools like ChatGPT.

Additional Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing & advertising.
  • Strong understanding of different industries and how to adapt content accordingly.
  • Ability to create strategies tailored to client goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Experience in retargeting campaigns, lookalike audiences, and lead generation ads.
  • Creative thinking with a good sense of design trends and storytelling.

Job Type: Full-time
