We are seeking a Real Estate Bookkeeper to join our team and assist with various bookkeeping and accounting tasks for our clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 1 year of experience in real estate accounting/finance, ideally at an accounting firm working on real estate clients or directly at a real estate investment/development company
- **Strong QBO (Quickbooks Online software) experience**:

- Solid understanding of real estate accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English)
- Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate accounting field
- Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools (Slack, Clickup, Workspace)

**Job duties**:

- Assist with monthly bookkeeping tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Support client communication and inquiries under the guidance of senior bookkeepers
- Contribute to the month-end closing process and report generation
- Assist with new property set-ups, move-outs, owner draws, and management fees
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines

**Location and Schedule**:
This is a virtual (remote), full-time role that demands availability between 8am-5pm CST Monday-Friday, with a possibility to switch to EST in future.

Pay: ₹54,976.00 per month
