**Call Center Executive**
**Location**: Kochi (or as per your requirement)
**Gender**:Male**
**Salary**: ₹15,000 per month
**Qualification**: 12th Pass or Any Degree

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, complaints, and requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the management.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all interactions.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **12th pass** or **Any degree**.
- Good communication skills in **English** and **Malayalam**.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage).
- Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:

- **12th Pass** or **Any Degree**.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
