**Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Interior Design Project Coordinator** to oversee the day-to-day coordination of our ongoing residential interior projects. This person will be the key bridge between our design team, vendors, clients, and on-site teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Coordination**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the execution phase; schedule site meetings, share updates, and manage feedback.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Communicate and follow up with vendors for timely deliveries, material quality, and site requirements.
- **Project Tracking**: Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables; flag delays or issues proactively.
- **Procurement Management**: Manage procurement of materials; maintain records of orders, deliveries, and bills.
- **Site Coordination**: Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed as per the design intent and schedule.
- **Documentation**: Maintain all project-related documents including BOQs, invoices, delivery notes, and client approvals.
- **Team Support**: Assist the design team with any support required during project handovers, snag list resolutions, or vendor interactions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in interior project coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of materials, vendors, and finishes used in interior design is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
