Position: Interior Designing Intern

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

Job Summary:
As an Interior Designing Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of interior designers and gain practical insights into the world of interior design. You will be involved in various projects, helping to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces for our clients. This internship is a performance-based stipend program, where your dedication, creativity, and ability to execute design concepts will be rewarded.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with senior interior designers to assist in the development and execution of design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

2. Participate in client meetings, understanding their requirements, and translating them into design solutions.

3. Conduct research on materials, furnishings, and design trends to enhance project outcomes.

4. Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.

5. Support the team in space planning, furniture selection, and color coordination.

6. Assist in sourcing and coordinating with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and accessories.

7. Contribute to the maintenance and organization of design samples and catalogs.

8. Take part in on-site visits to monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure design integrity.

9. Embrace feedback from senior designers and implement changes to enhance design quality.

10. Proactively seek opportunities to learn and grow within the field of interior design.

Qualifications:
1. Must be pursuing or have completed an interior designing course or relevant degree.

2. Final-year students in interior designing programs are encouraged to apply.

3. Prior experience in interior design, either through internships or academic projects, is a plus.

4. Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

5. Strong creative flair and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.

7. Enthusiasm for staying updated on the latest design trends and industry developments.

8. Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duration and Compensation:
