Bengaluru, India Return Prime Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to each new merchants and establish a connect to drive onboarding and get them started with Return Prime
- Educating merchants about returns, exchanges, refunds and Return Prime as a product in general
- Helping them to integrate, build, customise the product features to suit their needs

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in working with eCommerce customers across the globle
- Prior experience of Shopify or Shopify apps is a big plus
- Familiarity with CRM, project management and G Suite tools.
- Great command of written and spoken English: Users inquire and receive replies in writing (mostly via chat), confidence for video calls is a big plus
- A positive attitude and focused on making the merchants successful (instead of just getting the job done' or following a process' attitude).
- Willingness to learn about eCommerce and the Software-as-a-Service space
- Flexibility in work schedule, as due to client time zones, client interactions are late or early in the day (of course you take time off in exchange).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
