**Job Title: Process Executive**

**Location: Gurudwara, Visakhapatnam**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

Key Responsibilities:
Process Management & Optimization:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day business processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements for better productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor and evaluate workflow efficiency to meet organizational goals.

Data Handling & Reporting:

- Collect, analyze, and process data for accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Maintain and update process-related documents and records.
- Generate performance reports and provide insights for process enhancements.

Coordination & Communication:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
- Address and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner.

Quality Control & Compliance:

- Ensure all processes adhere to quality standards and company guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to maintain high process efficiency.
- Implement corrective actions to address process discrepancies or inefficiencies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Process Executive, Operations Executive, or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of process automation and workflow optimization is a plus.
