iMerit is a global leader in data annotation and enrichment services, empowering AI with high-quality human-annotated data. Our Vizag team is expanding, and we are looking for motivated individuals to join our US Voice Process team.

We are seeking dynamic and communicative professionals to support our US-based client projects. As a Voice Process Executive, you will interact with customers from the United States, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle outbound calls with US customers.
- Address queries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information.
- Maintain accurate call logs and documentation.
- Meet performance targets for quality and productivity.
- Adhere to company policies and processes.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in night shifts (supporting US timings).
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in a US voice process/BPO environment is required
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to work from the iMerit Vizag office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
