**The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced and a highly motivated Scrum Master to join our team in Noida (India).

Working with our engineering teams in London (UK) and Noida (India), you will be an advocate for process related to product and technology delivery. You will lead the scrum teams, ensuring that everyone is following process and ensuring on time and on quality delivery. Ideally with experience in working with a financial services provider, you will help to manage the day-to-day operations and deliveries of our engineering teams and prepare and deliver regular reports on progress. In addition to daily operations, you will use your experience gained in previous roles to recommend and implement process & operational improvements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple projects or scrum teams.
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies (such as Sprint Planning sessions, Daily Stand-ups, etc.) and ensure teams can be productive and self-organised by unblocking issues, planning sprints, organising the backlog, driving efficiency, ensuring tasks are ready to be worked on and keeping the team motivated and empowered.
- Manage Project/Board-related risks & issues/blockers and escalate to relevant stakeholders like Senior Management, Product Owners/Managers, etc., as required.
- Work with the Product Owner(s) to align team(s) with the Product Vision, Sprint Goals, and other necessary information to produce the desired outcomes.
- Work closely with the Product Managers, other Scrum Master(s), Leads Developers, QA Leads/Managers, Architects, etc. and recommend & implement Agile/Scrum process(es) & methodologies to better support the company growth, and ensure on time and on quality delivery.
- Create, review and act upon all the relevant reports, metrics and dashboards related to Product development.
- Help improve efficiency by identifying Agile/Scrum delivery process weakness(es) and implementing change(s), as necessary.
- Work with the other Scrum Masters, IT Leads, and rest of IT Teams to ensure Process Quality and Continuous Improvement.
- Coach the team(s) in self-organisation and helping them to become cross-functional.
- Support with Jira/Confluence administration activities.
- Adopting and implementing appropriate agile methodologies to continuously improve and release value sooner, to our customers.
- Demonstrate advanced use of metrics/data to inspect team maturity, inefficiencies, predictability, and areas for adaptation.
- Help the team to focus on delivery of high-quality stories on a predictable, sustainable cadence.
- Build and maintain teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and are working well.
- Provide help & support the scrum teams in handling conflicts and competing demands from stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree (from an accredited university).
- Minimum 8+ years of overall experience including minimum **3+ years** of proven experience as a Scrum Master.
- Recognised Scrum Master Certification preferably **PSM or CSM**.
- Proven experience in both **Agile** and **Waterfall** methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience using **Scrum** and **Kanban**.
- In depth working experience in project management tools like **JIRA **as well as collaboration tools like** Confluence**.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence administration.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (**SDLC**) and ability to collaborate with or support technical experts.
- Good understanding of agile prioritisation techniques.
- Proven experience in managing geographically distributed teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- Fintech Experience in Lending, Saving, or Credit Card (consumer banking) would be preferable.
