**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage each project’s scope and timeline, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Reviews to facilitate Agile ceremonies effectively.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks, principles, and practices to enhance their understanding and implementation.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration among team members to maximize productivity and innovation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications, handling inquiries from customers, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs, prioritize user stories, and address new requests in alignment with project goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve conflicts, impediments, and obstacles that may hinder team progress and project success.
- Assist teams in implementing changes and adopting Agile best practices to drive continuous improvement and organizational agility.
- Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint, facilitating testing, review, and validation processes as needed.
- Guide development teams to higher levels of Scrum maturity, promoting self-organization, ownership, and accountability.
- Cultivate a productive and collaborative work environment where team members take ownership of the product and enjoy their work.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a Scrum Master or similar role within a software development environment.
- Familiarity with software development processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.
- Good understanding of other Agile frameworks such as Crystal, Extreme Programming (XP), etc.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and consensus.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Scrum Master Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster®) is a plus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
