We are seeking a Customer Service Associate who will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with customers to ensure their bookings and attendance for online classes. You will play a crucial role in providing prompt and timely customer service to enhance platform engagement. 1. Speaking to customers and ensuring their bookings and attendance of online classes happens regularly

2. Enhancing platform engagement by prompt and timely customer service.

3.Building and maintaining strong relationships with student.

4.6 Days Working ( Any weekday off)
