Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, developing client relationships, and closing property sales to achieve company targets. The role involves understanding clients’ property needs, presenting suitable options, and providing professional guidance throughout the buying or leasing process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Promote and market properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in property exhibitions.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers and tenants.
- Understand clients’ requirements and provide tailored property solutions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales or leases, ensuring smooth transaction closure.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, financing options, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure timely completion of deals.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and progress updates.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or property consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of property markets, legal documentation, and real estate procedures.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid real estate license or certification (if required by local regulations).
