Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project execution, track deliverables, and ensure seamless communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The role requires strong expertise in JIRA reporting, status tracking, and project documentation.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT or Business preferred)
- 3-6 years of experience in a project coordination or PMO role
- Proficiency in JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint, and Confluence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up effectively
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
**Responsibilities**:
- Track and manage project tasks and issues using JIRA
- Generate and maintain JIRA reports, dashboards, and status summaries
- Prepare and share daily/weekly status reports, including progress updates and risks
- Coordinate sample deliverables and submissions across internal and client teams
- Create and maintain reports and templates for project tracking
- Schedule and facilitate sprint meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
- Document meeting minutes, action points, and follow-ups
- Ensure timely communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in UAT coordination and tracking
- Maintain project documents, trackers, and reports in Confluence/Google Drive
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
