**Job Summary**:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and ensuring the efficient operation of IT and database systems within the organization. This role involves overseeing data management, generating reports, improving operational systems, and supporting various departments in data analysis and decision-making processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update databases, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
- Manage and oversee the data entry process to ensure timely and accurate records.
- **Report Generation**:

- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide insights into business operations.
- Analyze data and trends to assist management in making informed decisions.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by departments or management.
- **System Support**:

- Troubleshoot IT and system-related issues and coordinate with the IT team for timely resolutions.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding software, hardware, and database systems.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for improving operational systems, workflows, and processes.
- Develop and implement automation and data management strategies to optimize performance.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure that all data management activities comply with organizational and legal standards.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive company data.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:

- Work closely with finance, sales, HR, and other departments to understand their reporting needs and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate on projects requiring data analysis and reporting.
- **Software and Tools Management**:

- Oversee the use of data management and reporting software (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems).
- Manage system upgrades and improvements as necessary.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in an MIS, data management, or IT-related role.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, business analytics, or reporting tools preferred.
