**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team as a Fresher. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and analysis of data to support various business functions within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional looking to kick-start their career in the field of Management Information Systems (MIS).

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of data from various sources to generate meaningful insights and reports.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of MIS systems and databases.
- Develop and maintain data visualization tools, dashboards, and reports to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on MIS tools and platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any background.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. But not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
