We’re currently seeking a highly motivated MIS Executive to join our dynamic Operations Department. As a key player in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of quality services aligns seamlessly with organizational objectives. The position involves utilizing various tech tools and platforms for research, analysis, and report preparation.

**Experience**: 0 years & Above
**Salary Range**: 1 LPA to 2.5 LPA

Anaxee is India's REACH Engine We help Brands/OEMs and Social organizations scale across India by providing Outreach, especially in the remote parts of India, on demand. We focus on Tier-2, 3 & 4 towns & villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast network of last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the procedural logic and perform the duties accordingly- Discuss and explain the errors and quality issues with the team and provide suggestions for improvement.- Working on MS Excel and other tech tools/platforms and analyzing the data, evaluating the actuals with the standards and taking corrective actions in case of deviation.- Compile and analyze statistical data and prepare MIS/Reports.- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide relevant support.- Understand and gain expertise in the working process, guidelines, and parameters of the assigned tasks.**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role- Bachelor's degree preferred.- Excellent Analytical & problem-solving skills.- Good MS-Excel Skills, Computer & Internet knowledge.- Accuracy in Data Handling.- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL Queries.- Attention to detail and analytical and problem-solving abilities
