We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Drone Vehicle Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, assembly, and testing of state-of-the-art drone systems.

As a Drone Vehicle Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful integration of various components to create reliable and high-performance drone systems. This position requires expertise in aero metals and carbon fiber structure joining, battery and motor integration, avionics, sensor integration, and the ability to conduct initial flight testing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Aero Metals and Carbon Fiber Structure Joining**: Utilize your knowledge of aero metals and composite materials to design and implement structural components that are lightweight, durable, and aerodynamically efficient.
- ** Battery and Motor Integration**: Integrate batteries and motors into drone platforms while optimizing power efficiency and weight distribution.
- ** Avionics and Sensor Integration**: Collaborate with avionics engineers to integrate flight control systems, communication systems, and sensors to ensure seamless functionality and data acquisition.
- ** Initial Flight Testing**: Plan and conduct initial flight tests to validate the performance and stability of integrated drone systems, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
- ** Quality Control**: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure that integrated drones meet safety and performance standards.
- ** Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration procedures, test results, and design modifications.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and software developers, to achieve integrated drone solutions that meet project goals.
