**Front Desk Management**:

- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
- Ensure all reception supplies are stocked and functional.
- **Patient Registration & Walk-in Form**:

- Wear the provided **uniform and ID card** at all times during duty hours.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and clinic operations.
- Follow all clinic protocols and attend training or meetings as scheduled.
- Ensure every patient (new or follow-up) fills out the mandatory **walk-in form** immediately upon entering.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in the system and files.
- **Appointment Handling**:

- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments effectively.
- Inform doctors and staff of patient arrivals and maintain smooth patient flow.
- **Communication & Coordination**:

- Coordinate with doctors, management, and other staff for patient-related concerns.
- Follow up with patients for reminders, feedback, and treatment continuity.
- **Follow-up Management**:

- Maintain a record of daily follow-up patients and ensure they are attended to.
- **Billing and Payments**:

- Generate bills and receipts accurately.
- Handle cash, card, or UPI payments and maintain a daily report of transactions.
- **Data Recording and Reporting**:

- Maintain walk-in sheet, source sheet, and Just Dial enquiry records accurately.
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per protocol with management.
- **Patient Experience & Support**:

- Address patient queries courteously and escalate concerns when needed.
- Assist in collecting **testimonials and before/after treatment photos** (especially in follow-ups).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
