- Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

- Multitasking abilities: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
- Computer proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
