Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Tele Sales Executive with a strong background in the agriculture sector to join our dynamic team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within the agricultural industry. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients over the phone, understand their needs, and present them with tailored solutions that align with our agricultural products and services.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the agriculture sector.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through effective lead generation techniques.
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding clients' requirements and recommending suitable products and services.
- Provide accurate product information and address clients' inquiries to showcase our offerings effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to nurture long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on targeting specific market segments and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Document and update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of successful tele sales experience within the agriculture sector.
- Deep understanding of agricultural products, services, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Adept at time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
