**Job Overview**

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic **Telesales Executives cum Counselors** to join our admissions team. The role involves connecting with **MHT-CET, NEET, and NDA aspirants** and their parents, providing information about our programs, and ensuring successful enrollments. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students in their educational journey.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Lead Generation and Follow-up**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents using provided leads.
- Follow up regularly to build and maintain a pipeline of potential enrollments.

**2. Counseling and Guidance**:

- Counsel students and parents on **MHT-CET, NEET, and NDA** preparation, syllabus, and our course offerings.
- Help students select the best program based on their academic background and career aspirations.

**3. Sales and Conversions**:

- Explain course details, benefits, and fee structures clearly and persuasively.
- Address inquiries and concerns effectively to ensure enrollments.

**4. Coordination and Support**:

- Coordinate with the academic team for student onboarding and class schedules.
- Assist students with fee payments and administrative requirements.

**5. Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, student interactions, and enrollment progress.
- Provide daily and weekly updates to the management on leads and conversions.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum Class 12 (HSC) passed; graduates will be preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or counseling is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the **MHT-CET, NEET, and NDA** exam syllabus is an added advantage.
- Fluency in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented approach.

**Salary and Benefits**

**Salary Range**: ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
