Job Description

Looking for a smart, dynamic, enthusiastic & customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound & outbound calls to achieve sales targets, assist with customer inquiries, calling potential customers to persuade them to purchase company offerings

**Responsibilities**:
2. Handling inbound calls & making outbound calls, converting the leads into admissions

4. To make follow-up calls, feedback calls to old leads

5. To upload all the inquiries on the website with proper & adequate information, update & maintain participant database sheet

6. You will be responsible for closing the admission over the phone and maintaining good customer relations

7. Answering questions about the services/offerings

**Experience/Requirements**:
Proven experience working as telesales executive

**Skills**:
Effective communication skills

Strong negotiation & consultative sales skills

Excellent organizational and query/problem solving skills

Exceptional customer service skills
