**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the recruitment team.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹11,386.26 - ₹15,000.00 per month
