**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We’re looking for a sharp, creative fresher to join our performance team and support images and video improvement tasks across multiple e-commerce platforms. Your main job is to enhance and experiment with product visuals (images, infographics, videos) using AI tools — while preserving the brand’s original product design and identity.

This is a cross-functional creative + performance role for someone who enjoys tweaking visuals and tracking what actually drives results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Improve product images, infographics, and videos for e-commerce listings
- Use AI tools (Runway, Topaz, Photoroom, Midjourney, etc.) to enhance lighting, shadows, clarity, and reflections
- Ensure product prints, text, engravings, and logos are not altered during enhancement
- Run visual A/B tests and interpret CTR/CVR performance on platforms like Shopify, Flipkart, and D2C stores
- Follow brand guidelines, image dimensions, and e-commerce listing requirements
- Maintain organized asset folders and version control
- Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Ads teams for weekly tests
- Document all test results in internal trackers and dashboards

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in design, communication, digital media, marketing, or related field
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics — lighting, shadow, background, contrast
- Self-taught or beginner proficiency in AI visual tools (Runway, Canva AI, Photoshop, etc.)
- Familiar with basics of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Flipkart, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Understands basic performance metrics like CTR (Click-Through Rate) and CVR (Conversion Rate)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and open to feedback
- Bonus: Experience with product photo editing or listing visuals
