Personal Assistant/ Social Media Handler

Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, trend-aware, and results-driven **Executive & Brand Aesthetics Assistant** to support the Principal across both professional and personal domains. This role is perfect for a self-starting Gen Z individual who is deeply connected to current cultural trends, understands the nuances of various social platforms, and ensures the Principal maintains a polished, on-brand, and aesthetically current public presence. Key ResponsibilitiesI. Executive and Operational Support - Manage the Principal's complex calendar, scheduling all business and personal appointments, meetings, and calls. - Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel logistics, including flight, accommodation, and itinerary creation. - Maintain meticulous organization of files, contacts, and personal inventory (e.g., wardrobe, products). - Run errands, assist with personal organization, and manage household or professional vendor relationships as needed. II. Digital Content & Social Media Management - **Trend Forecasting**: Proactively identify and monitor viral trends, sounds, filters, and formats across platforms (primarily **TikTok and Instagram Reels**) to maintain relevance. - **Content Support**: Act as the Principal’s "shadow" and primary videographer/photographer, capturing high-quality content on the fly. - **Basic Editing**: Execute rapid, trend-aligned content editing (adding sound, text overlays, cuts) using CapCut, Instagram/TikTok native tools, or other editing software. - Manage community engagement, respond to DMs and comments, and track content performance analytics. III. Aesthetic and Brand Representation - **Visual Strategy**: Ensure the Principal’s visual presentation—including wardrobe, hair, and makeup—is consistently on-brand, current, and optimized for various media appearances or photoshoots. - **Makeup Expertise**: Must be proficient in current beauty standards and techniques (e.g., "clean girl aesthetic," modern contouring, current product knowledge) and be able to assist with or manage the Principal's makeup and product needs. - Maintain the organization and inventory of beauty products, ensuring they are always updated and fully stocked. - Act as a professional and discrete representative of the Principal in all settings, maintaining the highest level of polish and presentation. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹20,909.62 - ₹30,339.29 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
