**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to develop **traditional marketing strategies** like flyers, posters, offline activations, etc.
- Regularly **visit outlets** to shoot high-quality **reels, photos, and behind-the-scenes content** for Instagram and other platforms.
- Work with graphic designers, videographers, and content writers to develop engaging and creative campaigns.
- Build and manage **engagement campaigns targeting college students, youth groups, and local communities**.
- Identify opportunities for **brand collaborations, influencer marketing**, and events.
- Track performance metrics of social media and offline campaigns to measure effectiveness.
- Support new store openings, menu launches, and brand activations with marketing plans and execution.

**Requirements**:

- 4-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the **food & beverage or hospitality industry**.
- Strong understanding of **both digital (social media, reels, content marketing)** and **traditional marketing (print, events, activations)**.
- Hands-on experience in **creating content** (especially reels and food photography).
- Comfortable **visiting multiple locations/outlets** for content creation and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for food and lifestyle branding.
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, basic video editing tools, and content trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
