**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to maximize brand reach and engagement.
- Create, execute, and monitor brand campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and offline platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer preferences.
- Analyze and interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, design, and content, to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Assist in creating brand-related content, including presentations, newsletters, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
- Manage the documentation process and maintain records of all brand activities and campaigns.
- Develop innovative brand engagement ideas to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA in Marketing preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in brand marketing or a related role.
- Strong understanding of brand management, marketing principles, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
