- We’re looking for someone like that to help us with the support of the Insight Report Library and the Insight Task Tracker (ITT) & our Risk Governance Framework.- provide a monthly summary of the support provided & OKRs/KPIs
- manage Inventory and Metadata to ensure timely updates and rectify any mismatch in alignment with report owners from time to time.
- identify the opportunity of synergies in different processes & implement consolidated controls.
- managing error assessment process and quarterly Key Controls assessment process.
- support the release cycle: Understand changes to the system, Join in the testing of new functionality

**Your team**
- The Service Line Management team is part of the Reporting & Analytical Services (RAS) which is in Finance and part of the Group Functions Division. This role will be in the Pune office.
- RAS produce and distribute best in class reporting products and analysis that enables compliance and confident decision-making throughout UBS.
- The RAS organization comprises approximately 250 staff based in the UK, Switzerland, Americas and APAC regions.
- The RAS Service Line Management team in Pune helps to support the Insight Report Library system which provides report storage and distribution globally and the Insight Task Tracker which is used in RAS for time tracking. This involves assisting system users with queries and support issues, helping to manage production support issues, user access requests and maintenance of the systems. The Insight Report Library has over 10,000 users globally and there are over 23,000 files uploaded each month.

**Your expertise**
- Managing RAS' overall reporting framework and Risk Governance of the global reporting process using specific functional KPIs- excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in Risk Governance & Reporting
- experience of servicing senior level clients
- preferably a Bachelor degree or MBA from reputed institution
- strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English
- an individual contributor willing to understand the detail
- a team player
- a role model for carrying the UBS Behaviors of Integrity, Collaboration & Innovation; and able to demonstrate how you deliver each of them
