**Your role**
- responsible for conducting and delivering activities relating to data governance, monitoring and controlling of manual loads, reference data, metadata, hierarchies, DQ checks and KPI calculation logic
- monitoring and management of reporting adjustments
- implement workflows for end user incident management
- implement workflows for user access management processes
- provide service at Level 4 Level 5 processes associated with Control Group
- document the Standard Operating Procedures
- establish the communication channels and protocols for end users

**Your team**
- The role is within the Control Group in Group Finance - Reporting & Analytical Services (RAS) team. Control Group function provides services to maintain reference data, hierarchies, process adjustments and ensure data integrity of Common Information Layer. Control Group operations are a RAS owned service.

**Your expertise**
- a university degree in finance or economics, with a strong understanding of accounting principles
- technical knowhow of dealing with multiple source systems
- experience in dealing with reference data, hierarchies used in large data-warehouses dealing with multiple business functions
- experience in data analysis and reconciliation of financial data
- strong analytical skills
- knowledge using MS Excel, VBA skills, database management knowhow will be an added advantage
- proven change management and process improvement experience
- knowledge of maintaining collaborative sites in SharePoint
- a problem solver
- a team player and client orientated
- an individual contributor willing to understand the detail
- strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills in English
