A. PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
¨ To support the Insolvency Professionals to comply with the IBC and Allied Laws.

¨ Complying with the statutory requirements well within the timelines mentioned in Various Laws

¨ To interact with the Stakeholders for revival of insolvent/ bankrupt persons

Note:

- Person includes
- Companies, LLP’s, Personal Guarantors etc

B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for
- **Compliance of Time Lines as per IBC.**

¨ To prepare Model Time lines and adhere to the same.

¨ Make appropriate modification as per Court Orders regarding stay etc.

**NCLT, NCLAT and Other Court Hearings**

¨ Observing Hearings and Updating Immediately to the team

¨ Taking immediate actions as per Court’s Order

¨ Maintaining Data base and excel sheets relating to Hearings

¨ Briefing the trainees about IBC, 2016 and regulations thereunder.

¨ Helping them in understanding the intricacies of the IBC law

¨ Guiding the interns with respect to their tasks.

**Committee and Stakeholders Meeting**

¨ Supporting the Insolvency Professional in convening the meetings

¨ Preparing Notice, Agenda and Minutes of each meeting

¨ Discussing and briefing view points as per IBC, 2016 and regulations thereof in the meetings

**Visiting the offices/ premises of Corporate Debtors/ Insolvent Persons**

¨ To understand the business model of the Corporate Debtor/ Insolvent person

¨ To support the IRP/RP/Liquidator to take control of the business and assets of the Corporate Debtor/ Insolvent Persons

**Keeping abreast with the updates in emerging laws and case studies**

¨ To be updated with the emerging laws and Case laws from time to time which can be used in making decisions

¨ To publish on the news letter of Ez Resolve from time to time.

**General**

¨ Regular filing on NCLT, NCLAT, MCA, IBBI, ICSIIPA etc.

¨ Interacting with the professionals appointed as per the provisions of IBC

¨ Planning ways and means to get more assignments

F. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
¨ Lawyer / Advocate with 0-3 years’ experience in IBC and NCLT Matters.

**Salary**: ₹154,220.16 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
