We are looking for a **Legal Associate** to manage all lease agreements, service agreements, and other legal aspects of our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft, review, and negotiate **lease agreements**, service agreements, and other legal contracts.
- Ensure compliance with real estate and **commercial laws**, regulations, and company policies.
- Work closely with **landlords**, tenants, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Should have experience in the real estate industy, Title scrutiny, Land registration, RERA, MOU, drafting of **legal documents**, litigation matters and court cases.
- Handle legal due diligence, risk assessment, and dispute resolution related to lease agreements.
- Liaise with external legal counsel when required.
- Keep track of regulatory changes that may impact business operations and recommend necessary actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and contract management systems.

**Requirement**
- LLB from a recognized university
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate law, contract law, or corporate legal matters.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, contract negotiation, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal tasks efficiently.
- Experience in real estate or hospitality sector is an advantage.
