**Job Description: Admin/Office Coordinator**
**Location**: Palsana, Surat
**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
- Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping efficiently.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining calendars.
- Address employee and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee vendor management and handle correspondence.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
