**JOB DESCRIPTION -**
- The Back Office Coordinator is involved in planning and scheduling projects, allocating resources, and ensuring that projects are executed within set timelines and budget constraints.
- The Back Office Coordinator collaborates with various departments to gather information, provide support, and ensure that projects progress smoothly by aligning efforts across teams.
- Handle data entry and update records accurately.
- Manage office documentation and filing systems.
- Coordinate with the front office team to streamline administrative functions.
- Prepare regular reports and summaries as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Support in scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Assist in inventory management and procurement processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
