**Primary Skills**:

- Minimum 7+ years of full-time current experience as a zTPF Application's Programmer.
- Good Understanding of the zTPF environment, Assembler, Sabretalk, conventional/flat file system.
- 1+ years of experience in Java and Azure.
- Hands on experience in the FOS System is a plus. Good PSS cross-functional knowledge is preferred if no FOS experience.
- Experience working on agile environment.
- Ability to work independently as part of an agile team
- Must be proficient in Assembler, IBM TPF Tool Kit, and CVS tools
- Exposure to SABRETALK language a plus, if not, the ability to learn and work on this language quickly.
- Strong analytical / problem solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must show strong initiative and follow through on various assignments with little supervision;
- Must be able to multi-task
- Ability to complete detail oriented tasks that require a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines and manage workload in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Must be willing to perform all stages of the development cycle (analysis, design, coding & testing)
- Must be willing to work on Development, maintenance and enhancements

**Essential Job Functions**
- Coordinates activities of functional areas or of department account leads to ensure that business solution requirements are met.
- Provides assistance in interpreting demand forecasts and planning; works with team members to provide high quality specifications for complete end-to-end project delivery. Escalates issues and recommends adjustments.
- Maintains records of expenditures to ensure they align with forecasts and are in compliance with approved budgets.
- Ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
- Three or more years of support services or project or program experience
- Experience working with the technology industry
- Experience working with company products and operating systems
- Experience working with computer systems and their use
