
Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the Customer queries over the call
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
**Requirements**:
- Any Graduate/Undergraduate with good Communication Skills in English
- Freshers and experienced both eligible
- Languages required Malayalam / English, Kannada/ English, Tamil/ English, Telugu/ English mandatory
- Work location - Chennai Tamil Nadu and Bangalore Karnataka
- Job Type - Full time
- Rotational day shift and Rotational week off
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
