**Requirements**:
**Job Description:

- **
- Oversee the production process and develop production schedules.
- Ensure production meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Monitor and control production costs while maximizing productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., supply chain, quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and lead production staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify process improvements and implement lean manufacturing practices.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and analyse performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Drive cost savings while maintaining quality and efficiency.

**Mandatory Skills:

- **
- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering)
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies **is a plus**.
- General knowledge of engineering, technology for production of electrical cabinets
- Ability to read and use technical documents.
- Knowledge of measurement (selecting the correct measuring method).
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English speaking and excellent in reading and writing
