- Preparing **the Finalization Statement (Balance Sheet) as per the Company act**.
- Obtain proper information and data regarding invoice payments
- Assemble invoices to be completed for payment
- Verify financial data for use in maintaining **accounts payable records**, and provide other clerical support
- Type periodic reports and other records
- **Maintain copies** of **vouchers,** **invoices** or correspondence necessary for files
- Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts
- Preparing/ Submission of monthly **Bank Reconciliation** (all bank accounts)
- **Petty cash** management and cash reconciliation
- **Processing of Vendors payments** and Reimbursements and checking accounting entries for the same.
